Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled O2C Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively capturing, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders, as well as gathering and analyzing financial information to shield Elanco from the risk of engaging with non-creditworthy partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively capture, track, and fulfill customer orders
- Gather and analyze financial information to define credit limits and review orders blocked
- Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments
- Act as a point of contact to resolve doubts and generate reports to analyze information and make decisions
- Reconcile accounts, handle month-end close, participate in projects, and identify improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- English - Basic/Intermediate
- MSO - Basic/Intermediate
- Years of experience, from 3 to 5 (similar jobs add up)
- ERP's experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Support junior levels, independent, results-oriented, critical, and continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- SharePoint, Power BI & Visio experience
- Other languages (Portuguese)
- AMS markets experience
- Accounting and Internal Control intermediate knowledge
- Experience in internal and external audit
- Working experience in public companies or private companies with a solid internal control framework
- Working experience in transitions and continuous improvement projects (automatization, simplification, compliance, etc.)
