Senior Instrumentation Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced and skilled craftsman to join our team, responsible for designing and building high-quality tooling, fixtures, and prototypes. As a Senior Instrumentation Craftsman, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams to implement tooling solutions, conduct tests and inspections, and perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools.

• Determine tooling requirements and specifications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Design and build high-quality tooling, fixtures, and prototypes using knowledge of instrumentation design and manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement tooling solutions and resolve complex problems
• Conduct thorough tests and inspections to ensure the reliability and functionality of tools
• Maintain and repair existing tools to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan

• Proven experience as a Tool Maker B or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation design and manufacturing processes, including technical drawing interpretation
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prioritizing safety and quality standards in all aspects of work
