Your Key Tasks:- You will provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for Firepower Security technologies to customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers.
- You will handle a wide variety of technical support problems, applying your analytical skills and technical knowledge to take on product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
- You will collaborate with other TAC engineers across technology boundaries to drive quicker resolution where multiple technologies may be involved.
- Possess 5+ years of technical support experience in networking industry and products such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong working knowledge of concepts like BGP, PBR, NAT, OSPF, ACL, DNS, ARP Inspection, and IPSec.
- Experience in scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Bash would be an added advantage.
