Customer Service Operations Manager

At Citi, we're seeking a seasoned Collections Team Lead to spearhead our day-to-day operations and drive success in the call center area. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our manager to ensure smooth workflow and achieve predetermined goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, solid PC skills, and the ability to make sound business decisions. You'll be responsible for coaching a team of 35-45 representatives in delivering world-class customer care, building and retaining valuable customer relationships, and committed to delivering value-added products and services.
You will:
- Accurately assess strengths and development needs of employees, providing timely and specific feedback and performance management.
- Identify and analyze escalated problems, providing guidance to team members for resolution.
- Negotiate solutions and act as a liaison with internal and external customers when necessary.
- Monitor research and evaluate technological advances in the industry to identify alternatives for enhancing current department operations.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Your qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership skills, and the ability to direct and motivate staff with integrity and ethics.
