The Osc Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Hotelbeds business functions with high-volume data entry processes. This includes creating, uploading, and maintaining hotel contracts, supplier information, and content information. The successful candidate will work closely with the Supplier Integration configuration team and SRC to ensure seamless data processing.
Key Responsibilities- Process and analyze incoming hotel contract data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Input data onto in-house systems in a consistent and accurate format, adhering to established processes and procedures.
- Meet or exceed KPIs established for the team, delivering high-quality work and maintaining a strong focus on quality control.
- Support the development of a high-performing service culture within the organization.
- 1 year of experience in data capture, preferably in a business or administrative setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and assess internal customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong focus on business or a related field.
Hbx Group offers a competitive salary, ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 per month, as well as an annual bonus. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on professional development and growth.
