Distribution Coordinator

About the Role:

• As a key member of our Distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and execution between receiving, shipping, traffic, import/export, maintenance, and administrative activities to meet customer requirements.
• You will oversee Traffic functions, manage product and materials delivery, ensure timely shipments, and review warehouse costs and budgets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to functional areas in Distribution, influencing other areas to maximize efficiencies and ensure a smooth flow of goods.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and managing day-to-day execution of goals.
• Ensure proper management of different products and coordinate materials delivery according to customer and business unit requirements.
• Review, monitor, and approve warehouse costs and expenses, and assist in budget preparation.

About You:

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade Compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
