1. Prepare and standardize data collection/maintenance structure for evaluating supplier performance around operations, supply chain, and quality aspects.
2. Conduct analysis on qualitative and quantitative data collected by Supplier Assessment teams to drive recommendations.
3. Work collaboratively with assessment teams to embed data-driven intelligence into the planning, preparation & execution of supplier capability assessments.
4. Streamline & automate activities related to historical reviews of supplier performance, financial terms, etc.
5. Collaborate with functional leads to maintain data around team metrics and supplier capability assessments.
6. Collaborate with logistics buyers & supplier compliance to collect & review respective supplier KPIs.
7. Utilize dashboards/other visualization capabilities to illustrate historical trends/observations for suppliers, instances of non-compliance & improvement opportunities.
8. Conduct performance tracking & reporting for the team's metrics & to keep track of capability assessments.
