Meet Our Requirements for Financial Regulatory Expert

We are seeking an experienced Financial Regulatory Expert to join our finance team in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will ensure our compliance with financial regulations and contribute to the development of our tax strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management accordingly.

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to enhance tax efficiency and streamline reporting processes.

  • Document tax processes and policies for internal use and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CPA/ACCA/CTA qualification is a plus).

  • 3+ years of experience in tax accounting, compliance, or advisory roles.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws, VAT/GST regulations, and international taxation principles.

  • Experience with tax filing software and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills for liaising with tax authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
