Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented software professional to work with our MuleSoft and Azure platform components to integrate our software applications with other applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in API development, cloud computing, and software integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our business teams, application teams, and integration architects to understand our business needs and develop APIs to meet those needs.
- Create and support APIs for our mobile applications.
- Assess business requirements, perform impact analysis, and identify technical challenges to achieve required business outcomes.
- Develop APIs using MuleSoft platform components, including API Manager, Cloud Hub, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint MQ.
- Test and improve the performance of APIs in terms of response time, reliability, and resource usage.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues with APIs and work with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
- Lead technical projects to design, develop, test, document, and deploy robust integration solutions on the MuleSoft platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years of experience in application design and development, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in application design and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MuleSoft Developer certification.
- 4 years of experience working with MuleSoft API development, cloud hub, and RTF environments.
- Service design using RAML (with JSON) and ODATA.
- Azure API development experience.
- Integration architecture concepts, principles, and patterns to design API, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, and RESTful JSON services.
- Cloud-based technologies and integration to technologies hosted in Azure.
