Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and negotiating deals with new advertisers, growing our advertiser portfolio, and educating brands and agencies about our programmatic advertising technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers by building commercial relationships with brand agencies and direct clients
  • Grow our advertiser portfolio in Latin America, with a primary focus on the Mexican market
  • Educate brands and agencies about our programmatic advertising technologies and solutions
  • Build strong sales pipelines for all product lines, including desktop and mobile branding, performance for user acquisition and retargeting, DOOH, and CTV
  • Support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events to represent Verve Group locally
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Account Managers, Ad Operations, Legal, and Finance, to guarantee excellence in delivery
  • Influence decisions through product and sales analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Media Sales, preferably in the branding Ad Tech/Programmatic/Mobile Industry
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, with a relevant network of brand agencies
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or similar from a top university
  • Ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs and requirements
  • Exceptionally motivated and organized, with a willingness to strive in a dynamic fast-growing company
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to build their own sales strategies
  • Established network with direct clients and advertising agencies is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
