We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Operations Specialist to join our finance team at albo, a leading fintech company offering financial products to individuals and SMB's with the mission to bring financial freedom to everyone everywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management:
    • Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future cash needs to ensure efficient cash flow and liquidity.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure liquidity needs are met and optimize cash management processes.
  • Risk Management:
    • Analyze financial risks, such as interest rate risk and currency risk, to identify potential threats and opportunities.
    • Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting treasury operations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Banking Relations:
    • Manage relationships with financial institutions and banking partners to negotiate favorable terms and optimize cost efficiency.
    • Stay updated on new banking products and services to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • ERP Utilization:
    • Utilize the ERP (Oracle) system to gather and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize ERP functionality for treasury operations and improve efficiency.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze treasury reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Support external audits related to treasury activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects:
    • Participate in special projects and analyses as required by the finance team to drive business growth and improvement.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other financial software.
