We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a secure and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate with external contractors to resolve maintenance issues.
- Interact with various stakeholders, including internal departments, property managers, and vendors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to allocate office space, furniture, and equipment.
- Monitor and address facility requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supply inventories and order materials as needed.
- Operate security access systems, adhering to established protocols.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
