**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Analyst to join our team at Ingredion. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Contract Management**: Draft, review, and file all contracts with clients, vendors, corporate entities, and intercompany agreements.
  • **Corporate Affairs**: Support internal corporate matters, including trademarks, patents, powers of attorney, meeting minutes, and other related documents.
  • **Litigation Support**: Assist in administrative procedures, appeals against government entities, lawsuits, and claims tracking.
  • **Legal Advice**: Provide necessary legal advice and assistance to all areas of the company, including business development and operations.
  • **Project Coordination**: Coordinate and support company litigation, develop, implement, and monitor special projects in the legal area.
  • **Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports to top management and corporate stakeholders.
  • **Meeting Participation**: Participate in meetings to discuss matters related to clients, contracts, new regulations, and potential legal implications.
  • **NDA Review**: Review non-disclosure agreements with clients.
  • **Business Integrity**: Contribute to projects related to the Business Integrity Department.
  • **Complex Matters**: Discuss complex matters related to clients, including recalls, accidents, product allocation, and risks.
  • **Department Support**: Assist different departments on legal aspects, including corporate archive management and document retrieval.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • **Experience**: Years of experience in positions related to corporate law, labor law, and contracts.
  • **Language Skills**: Intermediate English level.
  • **Technical Skills**: MS Office and knowledge of compliance programs.
  • **Soft Skills**: Organized, self-directed, problem-solving, and effective communication.
