We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Aptiv. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes to prevent the production and shipment of non-conforming material.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that all raw materials meet quality requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with customer contact and specific customer requirements.
- Problem-solving techniques (8D, 6 Sigma) and statistical analysis techniques.
- IATF Standard 16949 and AIAG Manuals knowledge.
- Leadership skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.
