About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the financial markets. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and motivational skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets and related products. You will work closely with our teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages

Location
