About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator - Energy Management Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our Autonomous Mobility and Safety department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs
  • Conduct regular energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices
  • Ensure compliance with energy management standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain energy management plans and reports
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on energy management best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in energy management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing energy management strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
