Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and achieving financial results. Your primary focus will be on creating memorable moments for guests and suppliers, while leading, coaching, and developing your team in a nurturing yet competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive commercial growth and revenue increase.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve financial targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and guests.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Maturity and strength in leading and developing large commercial teams.
- Strategic excellence and proven success in luxury sales and marketing.
- Passion and drive in achieving challenging commercial KPIs.
- Experience in luxe hotel consortia/markets, such as Americas, EU, Australia, and Asia.
- Proven ability in multi-segment sales animation and creativity in marketing and communications.
