Key Responsibilities- Quality Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify and analyze quality problems, propose corrective actions, and implement improvements to product quality.
- Quality Procedure Development and Execution: Develop and execute quality procedures according to international standards and company policy.
- Customer Requirements Management: Identify and communicate customer-specific requirements to project teams.
- Quality Metrics Management: Lead quality metrics according to company and customer-specific requirements.
- Project Quality Planning: Define the Project Quality Plan and ensure its implementation.
- Engineering Change Support: Provide adequate support to customers and the plant in case of engineering changes.
- Problem-Solving: Actively participate in problem-solving processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Quality, Process Engineer, or Project Engineer.
- Core Tools: Proficiency in Core Tools such as CP, AMEF, and PDF.
- Troubleshooting Tools: Familiarity with Troubleshooting Tools like 8D, 5Whys, and Ishikawa.
- Statistical Tools: Knowledge of Statistical Tools is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent English oral and written skills.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Personal Qualities: Self-oriented, with a background in Quality and previous Automotive industry experience desirable.
- Additional Skills: IATF and VDA knowledge is a plus.
