**The Role**:

We are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and managing the activities related to the timely supply of raw materials, goods, parts, machinery, equipment, services, and other supplies required by the company for its operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the purchasing process to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders to promote good relations and facilitate effective communication.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, update information, and implement improvements as needed to optimize supply chain efficiency.

**Requirements**:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supervising purchasing and foreign trade departments, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**What We Offer**:

We provide a competitive compensation package, including:

  • An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 (based on industry standards and location).
  • A 30-day Christmas bonus, vacation bonus of 90%, life insurance, major medical expenses insurance, grocery vouchers, restaurant vouchers, and savings fund.
