Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and correct billing information to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support Teams to resolve billing-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Verify and generate invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Maintain and update product plans and pricing in our billing system.
  • Identify and escalate issues in billing system automation to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Field of study: Finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Language: English is a must, with any other language being a plus.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring billing information is accurate and invoices are correct requires a high level of precision.
  • Communication skills: Clear, effective, and empathetic communication is essential for working with the Customer Success and Support teams.
