Key Responsibilities- Participate in and manage Change Control projects to ensure seamless implementation of new processes and systems.
- Create and maintain various technical documents, including PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK, and calibration setup, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in and manage production foundation new product projects to ensure timely and efficient launch of new products.
- Run equipment investment projects, including planning and management, to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Manage various production-related projects according to project milestones and solve problems arising from customer complaints.
- Improve manufacturing process quality, COPQ, and external quality by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Enhance productivity through work time studies, layout, flow, cycle time, and OEE analysis, and provide equipment support to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain supplier contact regarding technical issues, including parts and machines, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Run TIP activities and follow up on problem-solving related to customer complaints or internal production process issues.
- Ensure that processes fulfill all safety and environmental standards by implementing and maintaining safety protocols.
- Set up and maintain specifications, including SAP routings and SOP, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in global gatekeeper tasks and join relevant global gatekeeper roles and tasks to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support and build networks across factories to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- At least 3+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of projects to deliver results.
- Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization.
