Job Title: Inventory Management Coordinator

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This role will work closely with our Collections Team on general administrative tasks to ensure efficient payment processing of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing requested invoice documentation as needed for the processing of payments.
  • Pulling data sets from FA&P portals and configuring them for analysis.
  • Pulling data sets from accounting systems and combining them with data from Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Completing customer-specific reporting based on due dates.
  • Identifying gaps in paperwork/invoices and reporting details to assigned collectors.
  • Implementing continual improvement initiatives to enhance job performance, team productivity, and company success.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, an individual must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel is required.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is an asset.
