We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Team Leader to join our team at Siemens Mobility. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, visitors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate incidents and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all safety requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
