• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes, providing training to engineers and technicians to address these issues systematically.
• Optimize test programs and introduce Advanced Automation Solutions (AAS).
• Enhance testing procedures and reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with testing technology departments to improve work processes and align with business division enhancements.
• Provide support to engineers in the testing area concerning customer claims and special concessions.
• Deliver training to testing engineers to strengthen their expertise in CCSs.
• Introduce new testing processes aligned with the existing testing strategy.
• Hold the authority to initiate actions to prevent nonconformities, document issues related to vision system technology, and recommend solutions while ensuring the effectiveness of these solutions.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electronics.
LANGUAGE: Advanced proficiency in English.
Skills:
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the test systems domain.
• Proficient in interpreting electronic diagrams.
• Familiarity with Bench Top Test Equipment, including DMMs, high current power supplies, electronic loads, and oscilloscopes (including CAN Analyzer).
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and SWD.
• Experience with traceability systems and databases.
• Background in the design, development, fabrication, assembly, and testing of power electronics or analog hardware, particularly in space environments.
• Basic understanding of vision systems (Keyence, Cognex).
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards IPC-A-610-F.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with traceability systems (MES, MIS).
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• In-depth understanding of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with software tools such as Gaudi, QPDB, Depterm, Scout, and LogExplorer.
