We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on qualifications and performance.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through networking, industry events, and market research, developing a robust pipeline of leads focused on Salesforce consulting services.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their Salesforce-related business challenges and articulate how our consulting services can effectively address their needs, customizing presentations and proposals to align with client objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor on Salesforce solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy specifically targeting organizations in need of Salesforce consulting services, collaborating with marketing and consulting teams to enhance service offerings and promotional strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account selling, particularly focused on consulting services around Salesforce technologies.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, as well as the ability to articulate their benefits to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce solutions or other similar options in the market such as Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
