Job Summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level PC support for infrastructure hardware and software to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer desk-side support at various sites and serve as the primary point of contact for smaller sites.
  • Participate in IT initiatives, potentially leading smaller projects.
  • Contribute to projects as directed by IT Site Infrastructure Support (SIS), with the possibility of leading smaller projects.
  • Gather information to support IT business metrics.
  • Maintain control of desktop software and hardware to ensure license compliance and asset management.
  • Implement software and hardware upgrades to support IT initiatives and adhere to established standards.
  • Maintain infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure quality.
  • Stay current with industry trends in Information Technology advancements.
  • Collaborate with other groups to identify opportunities for increasing end-user operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and/or escalated support and problem resolution for complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems or Technology (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of IT experience.
  • English language proficiency: intermediate to advanced.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and phone systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Service Now, Cloud, Data, Security, Agile & DevOps, AI, Automation.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, ranging from office to manufacturing floor settings. They may be required to work outside regular hours for emergency situations and must be able to work well under pressure.
