Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Procurement leader to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for creating and driving Marketing and Sales Procurement related activity across our Care & Connection and Health & Hygiene Groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new sourcing strategies and capabilities to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Perform contract audits and spend analysis to optimize procurement processes.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess ROI of marketing budget and inform procurement decisions.
  • Conduct competitive bidding and RFP processes to secure best-in-class suppliers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Implement vendor and stakeholder management to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Deliver continuous savings and performance improvements to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Procurement experience, ideally in Indirect Procurement functions.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc.
  • Background experience in FMCG Companies is highly valued.
  • Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (strategic sourcing management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.)
  • Work experience in an international environment and matrix organizations.
  • Results-oriented individual with a solid proven track record in delivering value (cost and cash).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills. Great at building cross-functional relationships with ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed, working with a high level of independence.
  • Planning and organization skills—Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly. High degree of fluency in written and spoken English is required.
