Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing offers, leading negotiations, and executing purchasing activities in accordance with company procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze offers and lead negotiations to ensure competitive prices and purchasing conditions
- Run pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies
- Execute purchasing activities according to procedures and instructions
- Contact vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates
- Manage data, including PPV, savings, and other reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree
- One to two years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Familiarity with procurement practices and procedures
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual/remote environment
