About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Procurement Development Specialist to join our Global Sourcing & Quality team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supplier Development: Collaborate with suppliers to define improvement plans, implement governance, and ensure business relationships are maintained.
  • Supplier Assessments: Initiate assessments with new and current suppliers, support training, and conduct on-site audits.
  • Capacity Analysis: Analyze supplier production capacity, identify potential risks, and develop action plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, quality, or auditing.
  • Mandatory bilingualism (English/French).
  • Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and influence others.
