**A Day in the Life of a Project Manager**
As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for leading the execution of blade projects in North America. Your goal will be to ensure adherence to project management guidelines and operation standards, working closely with internal and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent Siemens Energy in customer-facing project discussions
- Plan and implement blade projects, collaborating with internal and external partners
- Implement project management guidelines and processes, directing functional organizations as needed
- Develop project plans, including schedules and communication plans, aligned with business goals
- Work with the Commercial Project Manager to develop budgets and manage vendor negotiations
- Monitor project performance, ensuring the team stays on schedule and budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Establish achievements and supervise adherence to master plans and schedules
- Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals and secure those resources
- Prepare and contribute to contractual matters with external parties
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or MBA
- 6+ years of proven experience in similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Power BI
- Prior experience in engineering, project management, or sales in wind energy
- Proven teammate and collaborator with various corporate structures
- Successful track record of operating commercially and performing projects effectively
- PMP Cert. (preferred)
- Ability to present and communicate information internally and externally
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
