We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at ABB. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing within the organization.
Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate employee records, calculating wages, and processing payroll deductions.
- Issuing payments and handling post-payroll activities such as tax reporting and benefits contributions.
- Ensuring compliance with varying state tax rates and regulations.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and management, preferably from 3 to 5 years of professional experience with payroll processes of +1500 employees.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in payroll regulations, including IMSS, Infonavit, IDSE, ISN, and Fonacot.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
