AS400 Developer

We are seeking a skilled AS400 Developer to join our team at Sequoia Connect in Toluca, Estado de México. As a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, we enable our clients to navigate their digital transformation.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in COBOL 400 programming language and experience with AS400 (RPGLE, CL, DB2, COBOL). They will be responsible for collaborating in Agile/Sprints using DevOps tools, participating in analysis, design, coding, and testing, and providing AS400 production support.

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members to integrate deliverables and work products. They will undergo training and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, and will be expected to participate in design, requirement analysis, and review discussions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of IT experience on AS400 (RPGLE, CL, DB2, COBOL)
• Knowledge of COBOL 400 programming language
• Familiarity with Jira
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred knowledge in Incident and Problem Management

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English
• Native Spanish
