**Job Summary**:

Vida Group International is seeking a highly skilled Commodity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic supplier management plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Develop and maintain approved vendor lists (AVLs) for assigned categories and sub-categories

• Lead and support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, relationship management, and continuous improvement

• Manage and negotiate vendor payment terms to drive free cash flow and improve days payable outstanding (DPO) for the enterprise

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to develop and maintain technology and product strategies

• Develop and maintain strong global supplier relationships, including supplier site visits and relationships at all levels of their organization

• Supervise and report on supplier strategies, supervising spend, business allocation, capability gap analysis, and facilitate cross-functional review and evaluation

• Develop strategies for the mitigation of risk in the supply chain, overall and for specific new product programs

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering

• 5+ years of related experience

• Experience working with manufacturing engineering and program management teams

• Experience in negotiation internal and external to a matrixed corporate environment

• Materials management, JIT, TCO, and working capital

• CPSM or APICS certification a plus

• Ability to travel on business-related trips (up to 40% of time)
