La Universidad de Desarrollo Nacional busca un Líder de Reclutamiento para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Pagos: El salario es de $5,000 mensuales después de ISR, lo que equivale a un ingreso bruto de aproximadamente $6,667. Con una comisión por venta, el ingreso puede superar los $10,000 al mes.

Descripción del trabajo:

Como Líder de Reclutamiento en la Universidad de Desarrollo Nacional, su función principal será desarrollar y implementar estrategias efectivas para reclutar y seleccionar talentos calificados para nuestros programas académicos.

Requisitos:

No obstante, consideramos condiciones como:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un puesto similar;
  • Deseable ser estudiante actualmente o tener título universitario relacionado con recursos humanos o marketing;
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y interpersonales;
  • Fuerte capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y alcanzar objetivos;
  • Dominio de herramientas de software como Excel, Google Workspace, Word y Power Point;
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos mixtos (8 horas diarias) y feriados sin goce de sueldo.

Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo.

Otras responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Ser responsable de la selección y reclutamiento de personal nuevo, incluyendo entrevistas y pruebas de habilidades;
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de reclutamiento y retención de empleados;
  • Coordinar con departamentos relevantes para garantizar una implementación exitosa de nuestras estrategias de reclutamiento;
  • Fomentar una cultura de inclusión, diversidad y equidad dentro de nuestra institución educativa;
  • Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de reclutamiento y selección.
