About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative - Technical Support to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our Australian internet and home phone customers.
Salary PackageThe salary package for this role includes a competitive P 30,000 monthly compensation, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities- To resolve technical issues with home internet setup, Wi-Fi, and speed, and escalate faults when necessary;
- To provide excellent customer service and respond to technical support queries via telephone;
- To diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using industry-standard tools and equipment;
The ideal candidate should possess:
- At least 1 year of minimum experience in a generic BPO or Telco environment;
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification; or High School Graduate (old curriculum) with relevant work experience;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment;
- A strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and principles;
