- Define best practices, policies, and governance for Microsoft 365 services, including permissions, API access, licensing, security assessments, and defining standards and processes.

- Define best practices, policies, and governance for SaaS services, including permissions, API access, licensing, security assessments, and defining standards and processes.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Ensure reporting is available to all relevant stakeholders on a daily and ad-hoc basis, including licensing, usage, storage, and availability reports.
- Secure Score and Compliance
- Work with security, CTO, email, Azure, and other teams to ensure a high Secure Score is achieved in Microsoft 365 and that services are always protected and follow best practices.
- Service Management and Support
- Ensure tickets are processed in a timely manner, collaborating with L2 support and handling escalation tickets.
- New Release and Change Management
- Consult with S&T on new releases and follow up with Microsoft on product roadmaps.
- Raise requests to block new functions in case of issues.
- Service Availability and Monitoring
- Monitor the health and service availability of all Microsoft 365 related products.
- Work with Microsoft on service availability concerns and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
- 4+ years of experience in IT Operations roles.
- 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- 4+ years of experience with Active Directory and Azure.
- 4+ years of experience in 3rd-level support.
- 4+ years of experience managing Vendor Managed Solutions/Services.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
- MCSA: Productivity and MCSE: Productivity certifications are a plus.
- Good knowledge of cloud-based services (SAAS).
- Advanced understanding of Power Platform.
- Good understanding of SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Scripting and automation skills (Graph API, Windows PowerShell).
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience working in robust hybrid environments.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, multi-domains, multi-forests, DNS infrastructure, and topology.
- Good knowledge of computer infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, LAN, WAN, etc.).
- Good working knowledge and experience with PowerShell ISE and other scripting languages, plus automating tasks.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and standards, preferably ITIL certified.
- Advanced understanding of endpoint configuration and troubleshooting.
