Field Force Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Field Force Operations Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing our field force team, including sales representatives and promoters.
About the Role
In this role, you will implement and monitor KPIs to assess the team's effectiveness, develop compelling trade strategies to enhance in-store experiences and drive sales, and create yearly customer-specific trade promotion plans. You will also analyze sales trends and utilize resources effectively to maximize outcomes, oversee field force operations, including database management, manpower allocation, and incentive schemes, and ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives and product displays at points of sale.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales or field force management, ideally in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
