Product Strategist

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product by aligning with stakeholders, defining and prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring the conceptual integrity and adoption of the product.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and drive the strategic roadmap for Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Digital Customer Experience, Pricing, and One CRM.
- Build and communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to stakeholders and IT teams using digital tools.
- Understand business needs, pain points, and processes in business management reporting development to ensure usability, effectiveness, and alignment with end-user expectations.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value for the organization with guidance from business leaders and subject matter experts.
- Work closely with stakeholders and communications colleagues to develop onboarding tools, guidelines, and policies around tool utilization.
- Ensure continuous product delivery and timely support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open feedback with business while offering professional advice on reporting tools and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain high-quality BI logics and principles, focusing on standardized and scalable output.

- Five plus years of experience working as a product owner or similar role, preferably with a degree in business administration, sales, marketing, operations management, economics, or similar.
- Excellent collaboration skills in a global organization with personal, professional, and cultural diversity.
- Proven ability to build a unified product strategy based on stakeholder collaboration, business trust, and senior leader buy-in.
- Proactive drive to interact with stakeholders as an advisor and sparring partner to influence decisions and ensure governance and aligned prioritizations.
- Strong experience in user experience reporting design and understanding of what a good experience feels like.
- Understanding of Agile principles, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, SAP reporting, and Microsoft reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills, including conflict management, emotional intelligence, and change management techniques.
- Can-do attitude that anticipates customer-centric solutions, seeks to understand, and demonstrates frontline passion for customer needs.
- Extensive business knowledge, with a preference towards data analytics in commercial operation management areas.
