**Job Summary:**
Mondelez International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Capability team, you will be responsible for the administration and data reporting of all training programs and activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate all training program logistics, including invitations, materials, room bookings, and equipment.
- Manage the day-to-day budget and invoicing for the Capability team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, ensuring compliance with global and local processes.
- Update and maintain database content, leading internal communications implementation.
- Create and maintain training materials, including booklets and tools.
- Track data and report on training program performance, including weekly and monthly reporting.
- Develop and manage the annual training course schedule.
- Oversee the course evaluation process, including investigations into non-attendance.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in training or development administration, preferably with a focus on organization and delivery.
- Strong administrative skills, including budget management and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
