About the role:

We are seeking an Inventory Planner to work at our facilities, covering a temporary position for 4 months due to a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate dashboards and scorecards to track inventory levels in each facility.
  • Partner with the Material Call Off team to present supply proposals for the procurement team.
  • Maintain Service Agreements, Aged, and Work-in-Progress targets.
  • Accelerate decision-making to avoid product obsolescence for slow-moving items.
  • Work closely with Supply Network Providers and Material Call Off teams to determine policy adjustments.
  • Ensure communication and visibility of risks.
  • Optimize cash targets for optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure proper shelf life availability.
  • Operational Service Delivery: Manage external and internal requests, system maintenance, and reporting requirements with timely processing and accuracy.

Qualifications and skills:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience. 1+ year of experience in Supply Planning, Material Call Off, Production Scheduling, or Customer Care is required. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, as well as the ability to identify and drive continuous improvement.
