Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Lead.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to produce detailed monthly reports and present information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in client scaling.
  • Education in Information Technologies or related field.
  • Knowledge of data projects (BI platforms).
  • Desirable to have PMP (Project Manager Professional) or CAMP (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification from PMI.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial areas.
  • Experience as a coordinator in an enterprise environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
