**Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Empresa De La Industria Química En Querétaro. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT, and SAGARPA (SADER) to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of MSDS and ensure that all necessary updates are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that all SHE requirements are met and that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Manage LTIR and OIR indicators to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain good communication with our warehouses to ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
  • Advise the company on ergonomics and associate health and safety to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate internal and external ISO audits to ensure that our quality management system is robust and effective.
  • Manage the Non-Conformance process and monitor action plans to ensure that all necessary corrections are made.
  • Provide support to Quality Assurance to ensure that all products meet the required specifications.
  • Provide COAs to customers in a timely manner and coordinate samples' analysis with warehouses or suppliers to ensure quality standards and/or extend shelf life.
  • Carry out product updates (raw materials and finished product) in the SAP system to ensure that all necessary changes are made.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
