HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator 2 to join our Expro team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including preparing internal adverts, arranging interviews, and coordinating the processing of HR documentation for new hires, leavers, and transfers.
• Prepare letters and supporting documentation for salary, position, and location changes.
• Coordinate the processing of payroll department documentation in a timely manner.
• Input data into the HR Information System (HRIS) ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Provide guidance and support to managers/supervisors on company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sickness absence issues and provide recommendations for managing cases.
• Carry out ad-hoc projects and administration duties as required.

Requirements:

• A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least three years of previous work experience within an HR environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Previous knowledge of an HR Information System.

Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
