As a Senior Product Development Manager, you will define product plans, build roadmaps, design, and ship features with high quality. You will also measure engagement and reliability, using data insights to inform upcoming business strategies.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery. You will also validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement and experimentation. Additionally, you will manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope. Your role will involve engaging with customers and internal preview users, triaging, prioritizing, and addressing customer feedback for your area. Finally, you will present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of program management experience delivering end-user facing products and services. You should have the ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, as well as collaborative leadership skills to lead a change in direction when needed. Innate curiosity and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment are essential. Strong project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration skills, along with a track record of managing complex projects with many partners, are also required. Experience across the entire product lifecycle, from project inception to ship, is necessary. You should have a solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and general ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas are also essential. A mix of product thinking, technical depth, user-centric design, analytics, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement is highly valued.

Preferred Skills:
A strong affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design, and innovating on behalf of the customer are required. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical, are also essential. ServiceNow knowledge is a MUST, and certifications such as Scrum and PMP are highly valued. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
