Job Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions using core Salesforce development tools and Omnistudio.
- Leading the development of custom applications and integrations, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Architecting and managing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems, optimizing for performance and scalability.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications.
- Guiding and mentoring junior developers, providing technical leadership and best practice advice.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience with core Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven expertise in Omnistudio, with a track record of developing advanced applications and optimizing processes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architectural framework and best practices for development and integration.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
