We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Latin America team as Regional Education Resource Development Specialist.

As part of this role, you will travel extensively across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean to increase the adoption of Cambridge resources in schools.

Your primary objective will be to engage with prospective and established schools to promote the use of our educational materials, ensuring better student outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues to achieve your objectives and represent Cambridge at various events.

To succeed in this position, you must be passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact.

A background in education and publishing is essential, along with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and experience in sales or business development would be highly desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our education resource market in the region.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance and 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
