Job Title: Creative Director

Job Summary:

The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision and strategy for our clients at Dentsu Aegis Network. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that exceed client expectations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Creative Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement creative solutions that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Lead Creative Teams: Mentor and guide a team of creatives to deliver high-quality work that meets the highest standards of the industry.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations to ensure our creative work remains cutting-edge.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and develop creative solutions that meet those needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment within the creative team and with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of creative projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving business growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of creatives to deliver high-quality work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
