Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth. The successful candidate will be located in our Aguascalientes Campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for improvements in the manufacturing process.
- Develop Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Balance production lines to optimize efficiency.
- Implement the manufacturing process and train operators.
- Introduce new projects according to customer requirements.
- Ensure products meet customer requirements and functions properly.
- Develop maximum capacity studies.
- Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
- Provide technical support for clients and business, as required.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Manufacturing or product process experience, including student experience in a company.
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Interpretation of manufacturing documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and strong communication skills.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Availability to travel.
