Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Inventory Manager to join our team at TE Connectivity Corporation. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing inventory policies and strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  2. Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for supply chain improvement and implement process changes to drive business results.
  3. Inventory Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop recommendations to improve inventory management.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to streamline inventory management processes, reduce cycle times, and improve accuracy.
  5. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inventory management initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or Engineering required.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in planning and inventory management roles.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop a planning team.
  4. Qualifications: Sound knowledge of inventory optimization and related financial acumen, with the ability to work well in a team environment and facilitate meetings.
