Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and reporting to measure data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to business stakeholders on data governance best practices and data quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure PepsiCo's data governance practices remain current and effective.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality metrics, and data quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data quality issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality issues.
